Hi. We are a Malaysian professional couple looking for decent Professionals (preferably EP holders) to share our decent furnished apartment. All you need is to bring in your clothes, a fan and your own entertainment.
We have two very spacious Common Rooms with Queen Size bed. Rooms are meant for singles or "couples" only. Double occupancy add $100. Only ONE Room is allowed for Double Occupancy. Both rooms are BIG ENOUGH to fit another single bed.
The location is Very convenient. Shops, food market (the 85 market), wet&dry market is just a couple of blocks away! A couple of bus stops and you will reach to Bedok or Tanah Merah MRT! Bus 222 to Bedok and Bus 14 Tanah Merah.
Basic rules are 1) respect privacy, 2) respect others 3) practice good hygiene. You can; 1) have your family to stay over for visit; 2) play mahjoong; 3) Have gatherings/parties; 4) Cooking.
As for PUB/Utilities, current total bill is about $180 (i.e. $60/room) because we have an agreement to turn on aircon for 6 hours a day (from midnight to 6AM only). We are open for new terms of agreement with new tenants.
We normally celebrate parties on Christmas and New Year Eve at home with Friends. O yes, we like to cook when we can so you might be our food testers. :)
Overall, if you like having privacy, relaxing at home, and be Happy, Im sure you will like staying with us.
P/S: Years ago, I stayed in a Rented place with Owner. Then I moved to a place "Without Owner" but unfortunately I stayed with "unreasonable" and "difficult" housemates.
